In their new poetry collections, these four poets examine crises and triumphs that echo across generations, considering the familial, cultural, scientific, and environmental impacts of inheritance. From genetic traits, heirlooms, and stories to trauma, natural consequences, and pain, this panel will feature readings and conversation exploring how these poets work with what has been left to them.
