This annual poetry retreat has become a special place to dedicate to craft and connect with fellow poets and writers.
June 28-July 3
An intimate 5-day generative workshop and residency on a farm-turned-artist-retreat in rural Petaluma. Designed to stimulate or reinvigorate your practice and advance your craft, this is a chance to leave the world behind and experience a small artist residency with the support of daily writing workshops, generative exercises, and a great community.
Included in your stay:
6 nights in either a comfortable self-contained cabin (private kitchen and bathroom) or a cozy sleeping cottage (shared kitchen and bathroom a short walk away from your bed, desk, and view) on the beautiful In Cahoots property. Various writing spaces on campus to share, including writers cottage, library, printing barn, and bindery. Welcome dinner on arrival day. Daily workshop meetings with feedback and daily writing prompts. Time on your own to write and explore the area.
